Why a Personal Trainer?
An honest look at what a good trainer actually changes, and when you might not need one.
Read the caseWhether you haven't worked out in years or you've plateaued and can't figure out why, I'll meet you exactly where you are. Then we'll figure out the next step together, and the one after that.
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a conversation about you.
I started Y2K Fitness because I kept seeing the same thing: people who genuinely wanted to get healthier, handed a generic plan and left to figure out the rest on their own. They'd get busy, get sore, get discouraged, and quietly stop.
That's not a willpower problem. It's a support problem. So I train differently. I learn your schedule, your history, what you enjoy and what you dread. I check in between sessions. When life gets messy, I adjust the plan instead of expecting you to push through.
More about me and how I workI show up for the hour, and I also show up for the other 167. Check-ins, plan tweaks, a nudge when you need it. You're not a booking on my calendar. We're doing this together.
A tenth of every training fee supports programs fighting childhood obesity in underserved communities. Every session you put in helps a kid get a healthier start.
