Train for your life.
Hi, I'm Yatish: a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a lifelong tennis player and coach, and someone who believes fitness should improve your life, not take it over.
How I got here
My interest in fitness really took off in college, when my roommates introduced me to strength training. What started as a way to get stronger quickly became something much bigger. I became fascinated by how training, nutrition, movement and daily habits could change not just how we look, but how we feel, perform and show up in everyday life.
Coaching, though, started long before I became a personal trainer. I've played tennis for most of my life, and one of my former coaches gave me the chance to start teaching at my local tennis academy. That's where I learned how rewarding it is to help someone develop a skill, build confidence and accomplish something they didn't think they could.
Over time, health became more personal. Watching people in my family go through serious health issues changed the way I thought about what it means to be fit.
Fitness stopped being just about aesthetics.
I started thinking about strength. Cardiovascular health. Mobility. Independence. Mental well-being. And ultimately, the ability to keep doing the things we love for as long as possible. That's what led me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
I want the habits you build with me to carry you for decades:
30s & 40s
Still playing the sports you love, and keeping up with the people you play them with.
50s & 60s
Traveling, hiking and saying yes to adventure without your body holding you back.
70s & 80s
Strong enough to pick up your grandkids and get down on the floor to play with them.
90s & beyond
Living on your own terms, moving well without needing extra support.
Four things my coaching is built on
We'll focus on the fundamentals that matter most (strength, movement quality, conditioning, recovery, nutrition habits and consistency) and adapt them to your goals and lifestyle.
Personalization
Your plan is built around your body, your goals and your schedule, not a template.
Education
You'll understand what we're doing and why, so you can keep going with confidence on your own.
Accountability
I check in, track your progress and keep you moving forward, especially when life gets busy.
Sustainability
Habits you can keep for years, not a program you'll quit in six weeks.
No crash diets. No punishment workouts. No one-size-fits-all programs. Just thoughtful training, realistic expectations, and a plan designed to help you become stronger, healthier and more capable over time.

It's about what your body allows you to do.
Fitness isn't just about what your body looks like. It's about what your body lets you do, and how movement makes you feel along the way.

Why I give back
I believe fitness shouldn't be a privilege. Too many kids grow up without safe places to play, access to nutritious food, or anyone showing them that moving your body can be fun.
That's why 10% of every training fee at Y2K Fitness goes to organizations fighting childhood obesity in underserved communities. When you train with me, you're helping a kid get a healthier start too.
